If an order is canceled after payment has been taken by Go Risk Free, but before any preliminary services have been completed, Go Risk Free will refund the total order amount less a $500 processing fee. Money paid to Go Risk Free that has already been paid to the state for filing fees or to other suppliers or vendors is not refundable. Once a business entity has been set up and switched over to the new owners’ names and/or filed with the Secretary of State, there can be no refunds. Initial/Annual Report Orders Go Risk Free's Annual Report/Statement Filing System and online order entry system is designed to allow Go Risk Free to file the Annual Report/Annual Statement for your business. By clicking on the submit button you are authorizing Go Risk Free to act as your agent to complete and submit this annual report filing as needed. Go Risk Free guarantees that your Annual Report/Statement will be paid on time if you select to use our service and Go Risk Free receives payment for services prior to our specified payment deadline. Go Risk Free does not provide tax advice, accounting services or federal or state income tax return filing services. Registered Agent Service Payment Terms To ensure uninterrupted service, registered agent customers are automatically enrolled in Go Risk Free's auto-pay program. This program allows Go Risk Free to charge a credit card for renewal of the registered agent subscription service. The renewal charge is the current published rate for registered agent service for one year. One month before the payment card is charged, Go Risk Free sends a reminder of the upcoming renewal. Recipients of the reminder can contact Go Risk Free to provide an alternative payment method. If Go Risk Free does not hear from the recipient before the renewal date, the registered agent subscription may be auto-renewed for one year and the payment card is charged. In the event that Go Risk Free does not receive payment, they reserve the right to terminate registered agent service, which may cause a business to fall out of good standing with the state. In all situations, Go Risk Free's liability is limited only to amounts paid to Go Risk Free. Returned Checks A $25 fee will be added to all checks returned to Go Risk Free due to non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. In addition, a bank service fee may be charged on these checks. If a customer is able to find an identical service at lower cost from a competitor within 30 days, we will refund the difference.
